RAPIDSHOPER is committed to making shopping, selling and marketplace support usable for people with disabilities. We are improving our web and mobile experiences against WCAG 2.2 AA guidance and test keyboard navigation, focus visibility, colour contrast, responsive layouts and screen-reader labels as the product evolves.

Built-in support

• Accessible names for controls and status messages for loading, errors and successful actions.
• Plain-language policy, delivery and returns information.

Known limitations

Some seller-provided images, product descriptions and third-party payment or carrier experiences may not yet meet the same standard. We continue to monitor and improve these areas.
